Aaron Bétit, INCE, ASA, NCAC

Aaron Bétit has been collaborating in the acoustical consulting field for over 25 years. He has had the privilege of contributing acoustical design and mitigation advice for a large variety of projects, including schools, colleges, performing arts centers, television and recording studios, commercial towers, and mixed-use/residential buildings. In addition to comprehensive experience in the architectural acoustical field, Aaron regularly provides environmental noise guidance for land use evaluations, construction noise concerns, power plants, wastewater facilities, amusement parks, substations, and playgrounds.

Contributing to the Architectural Engineering and Construction community and advancement of acoustical consulting for the built environment is a focus of Aaron’s. He is a member of the National Council of Acoustical Consultants (NCAC) as well as the Acoustical Society of America (ASA). He has published several articles in industry magazines, including:

  1. “Performance Details of Metal Stud Partitions” in Sound and Vibration Magazine
  2. "Controlling Mechanical System Noise” in Construction Specifier.
  3. “Performance Details of Metal Stud Partitions.”
  4. “The Acoustics of Facades.”
